6 Months Accounting Support Service £50.00   Support is available to assist small business owners and/or their employees is they have questions relating to accounting matters which they need to discuss by exchange of emails. The cost of 6 months support may well be less than the hourly rate of an accountant. I does not provide advice only information and guidance.
6 Months Software Support Service £50.00   Our own software has a free 90 days telephone and email support service starting from the date of licence purchase. Other software applications may have a similar servce. We offer extended services for our own software (and certain other well known accounting applications) for 6 monthly periods at a highly competitive rate.

Pay2012 Payroll Software annual Licence Fee £70.00   Our Payroll application is updated each year to ensure that the last tax and social security rules and regulations are respected. Payslips can be produced for weekly or monthly employees, with departmental reports if required. Quarterly Schedules can be printed and text files are produced as necessary. There is a wide range of reports each of which can be previewed and/or saved prior to printed. The new year's application is normally available in early December of the preceeding year.
Installation Fee for Pay2012 Payroll Software/Other Software £30.00   If you wish to arrange for us to visit you and install your Pay2012 Payroll (or any of our own or other software supplied by us, excluding operating systems), our standard fee is £30-00. This covers the Island of Guernsey only and we reserve the right to charge more depending on various factors such as hardware or other complications.
Vance Accounts small business accounts software £80.00  We have a wide range of inexpensive modules available each designed for ease of use and with ability to upgrade to include more features at a later date. The basic module is Bills. This allows for bankings records to be entered, customers sales and statements, and supplier purchases and statements. The Invoicing module has more features, including stock and non-stock items, and analysis of sales and expenses reports for a range of accounting periods. Other modules are available on request each of which is at the same price.
Papers - Newsagents Accounts and Invoicing: Price £80.00   This system was last updated in mid 2010. Records for daily, weekly, Saturday, Sunday and periodical titles allow for normal prices and special shop prices. Weekly and Monthly (4 weeks) customers in one or more rounds or shops can have Daily deliveries recorded, including credits, returns and holiday stops. A wide range of invoice types and reports is provided.
